How much do I pay up front?

Only the advance shown at checkout. It confirms every service in your cart, and the balance is due before the event. Your booking shows each amount and its due date.

How far ahead should I book?

Each service says how much notice it needs, and some can be booked for the same day. For wedding functions, booking early keeps your dates and favourite setups free.

Can I change colours, themes or details?

Yes. Choose add-ons where a service offers them, and write what you want in the notes for each service in your cart. Our team confirms the details with you.

Which cities do you cover?

Every service lists its city. Use the city filter on this page to see what is available near you.

What if my plans change?

You can cancel a booking yourself until anything has been paid towards it. After that, ask us through Help in your account and we will tell you what can be changed or refunded.
